Gardenia Girls is a club dedicated to helping girls become intentional women of faith and generous love. It is a time of fun and fellowship, while learning valuable life lessons and practical (and not-so-practical) handicrafts along the way!
We have four categories that we aim to cover at each meeting: God, Grace, Growing and Giving…
The God focus is all about showing the girls how God is a part of the everyday. He’s always with us and calling us to be a part of His plan for our lives. It is my hope to give the girls a fresh take on His view of and love for each of them.
The Grace focus is all about helping the girls grow in grace for themselves and others. The older I get, the more women I meet who don’t value themselves and know who they are. It is my desire to raise women of faith who not only know who they are but know whose they are. Out of this, they will learn how to treat other with God’s love and grace.
The Growing focus is all about fun and learning something new! If we stop learning, we stop growing! I want to encourage the girls to try new things and enjoy the process of learning. This is where our fun handicrafts will come into play.
The Giving focus is all about giving out of our blessings. Sometimes we will be making two crafts with one to give, other times we will have a mission that connects with our theme. Jesus is all about giving and we are to model that to others.
